After receiving an X10 hoverboard as a gift it has been nothing but a disappointment of a product and service. Claiming a “maximum range” of 8 miles on their website you are lucky to get 1-2 miles on the X10 in our experience. The product was sent back to Jetson who allegedly ran some sort of tests on it and sent it back to have yet the same problem.
